About the Role:

First impressions are everything in this business, and you’re the ticket to a lasting impact. Sync’s Sales Representatives are responsible for clearly conveying Sync’s value to our prospective business clients – mostly in the QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) and Retail space. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Work with marketing to ensure leads are captured and cultivated through the sales funnel
  • Meticulous prospect pipeline management in our CRM and keeping marketing informed during the sales process
  • Meeting with prospective customers (as many as 15 weekly) and demonstrating our competencies so that they engage with Sync Payments (as many as 3-5 weekly)

Our POS (Point of Sale) SaaS Sales Representatives are at the forefront of our rapidly growing, exciting company. We are actively changing the lives and businesses of our customers with our innovative, industry-changing products. Our unique approach to understanding the customer as an individual is allowing us to advise our merchants on improving their value and driving growth. As a member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to excel in both your role as a Sales Representative and in your career moving forward.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a natural understanding of basic technology (ie: ability to proficiently use Android/iOS)
  • Experience in customer-­facing professional services roles
  • Demonstrated success in business to business sales
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
